Refund policy

LAST UPDATED · AUGUST 31, 2026

24 hours, then no refunds

Within 24 hours of a charge, ask through the support form and we return it, no questions asked. After 24 hours, Aara memberships are not refundable, including for a period you did not use.

Three exceptions apply after that window, and they are set out immediately below.

Where the law says otherwise

If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, you have that right. Nothing in this policy takes away a right you cannot give up.

Tell us through the support form and we will handle it.

If we made a billing mistake

If we charged you twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged you after you cancelled, that is our mistake and we fix it. Write to us and we return the money.

This is a correction, not a refund of a payment you meant to make.

Purchases through an app store

If we ever offer membership through the App Store or Google Play, refunds for those purchases follow the store’s own process, and you ask the store rather than us.

We cannot approve, refuse or override an App Store or Google Play refund.

What you can do instead

You can cancel at any time, and you keep everything you paid for until the end of the period you are in. Cancelling before your renewal date is how you avoid the next charge.

Our cancellation policy has the steps.

Before you pay

The price, the billing period and the renewal date are shown on the payment page before you pay.

The free product is complete on its own, so you can use Aara without paying and decide about membership later.

How to ask about a charge

Write to the support form at aara.space/support from the email address your membership uses, and tell us what happened.

What counts is when you ask, not when we reply. A person reads it and replies to that address, usually within two days.
