Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aara. By using the App, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Use of the App

Aara is designed to help users:

• Stay accountable through community and engagement features

You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Aara reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

• Post or share offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use Aara for commercial solicitation or spamming

Aara reserves the right to remove content or users that violate these policies.

Aara does not provide medical advice. All content and recommendations are for informational purposes only. Before starting any exercise or wellness program, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Your participation in activities through the App is at your own risk.

Subscriptions and Payments (if applicable)

If Aara offers paid features or subscriptions:

• Fees and billing terms will be clearly displayed in-app.
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your App Store or Google Play account.

Privacy and Data

Aara values your privacy.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This may include analytics, fitness data, and interactions with other users, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and branding within Aara (including logos, text, design, and software) are owned by Aara, Inc. and protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

Aara may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as maps, fitness trackers, or social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of these third parties.

Termination

Aara reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Misuse the platform or engage in harmful behavior

You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Aara is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aara, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
